"This ultimate Red Sox fan mural presented a great opportunity for me to learn more about baseball and David Ortiz in particular. David Ortiz, also known as "Big Papi", is a living baseball legend and I'm honored to have captured him in this mural. He is featured hitting the ball in the Fenway Park with the Green Monster wall in the background.

This mural has lots of custom stenciled lettering and the figure was enlarged on purpose to emulate the real height of David Ortiz (6 feet 3 inches!).

It took me six days to paint this mural."
